Application

The blood tubing set forms the extracorporeal circuit between the patient’s vascular access and the dialyzer — arterial tubing carrying blood to the dialyzer, venous tubing returning it.

Machine compatibility depends on pump segment diameter and connector configuration. Confirm the set matches your machine before ordering.

Storage and handling

• Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes.
• Maintain sterile packaging integrity until use. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
• Single use only. Do not reuse or resterilise.
• Prime according to the machine manufacturer’s procedure before patient connection.
• Observe the expiry date and rotate stock.
• Dispose of under the facility’s medical waste protocol.
