These terms apply to orders placed with Infinity Pharma through this website, by email, or by phone. Please read them before ordering. If anything here is unclear, contact us at hello@infinitypharma.ph or +63 993 618 5250.

Who we sell to

Infinity Pharma is a licensed distributor. We supply licensed institutions only — hospitals, dialysis centres, clinics, nephrology centres, diagnostic facilities and pharmacies. We do not sell to individuals or to patients directly.

For prescription products we verify that the buyer is a licensed institution before dispatch. We may ask for a copy of your licence, S2, or PRC registration.

This website is a catalogue

Product listings on this site are a catalogue, not a live inventory. Listing a product does not guarantee that it is in stock. Prices shown to registered accounts are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell.

An order is only confirmed when we reply to you in writing with the products, quantities, prices and delivery date. We aim to respond to every order request within one business day.

Payment

We accept postdated cheques and cash. Cheques should be made payable to Infinity Pharma. We do not operate subscriptions or recurring billing of any kind.

Payment terms are agreed for each order at the point we confirm it.

Delivery

Next-day delivery in Metro Manila and Laguna. Nationwide delivery in 4–7 days by cargo forwarder. Temperature-controlled medicines are distributed across Luzon, where we maintain the cold chain end to end.

Delivery timings are estimates in good faith and depend on forwarder schedules, weather and other factors outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any shortage or visible damage to us within 48 hours.

Changes, cancellations and returns

There are no subscriptions to cancel. Each order stands alone.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us before it is dispatched and we will accommodate you where we can.

Because these are regulated medical products, returns are assessed case by case. We cannot accept the return of any item where the sterile packaging has been opened or where the cold chain has been broken after delivery, as we can no longer guarantee its integrity. Where we have shipped the wrong item, a short quantity, or a product that arrived damaged or outside its temperature range, we will replace it or credit it.

Regulatory documentation is available on request and is priced separately. Please tell us at the time of ordering if you need it, and we will confirm the cost before we proceed.

Registering an account lets you see pricing across the catalogue. Keep your login details confidential and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used outside these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
